Live @Club Sonic, Iwaki

 

I spent a week in Iwaki, city from Fukushima district in Japan and housed by a local musician. He offered me to make his band backstage on a liveshow which was on next week-end. In fact, there was more than oneband playing that evening and his was the only one with foreigners. In France, it's difficult to get accreditation to concert so i was excited to get one here.

As a surprise for the crowd, he played in Fundoshi, japanese traditionnal loincloth. I discovered it just before he got on stage and crowd cheers met expectations.

私は日本にある福島県いわき市で一週間過ごし、その間地元のミュージシャンが家に泊まらせてくれました。彼は次の週末に開かれるライブのバンドの裏方をしないかと私に提案してきました。実際、夕方演奏したのは何組かのバンドで、彼のバンドは唯一外国人がいるものでした。

フランスではコンサートの認定を得ることは難しいので、ここで機会を得ることができ興奮しました。

観客へのサプライズとして、彼は日本の伝統的なふんどしをつけて演奏しました。私はそれをちょうどステージ上で彼が歓声を浴びる前に目の当たりにしていました。
